Delivery time on in stock orders is generally 5-10 business days. Please be aware, quilts and items ordered with coordinating fabrics may take 3-4 weeks to ship. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and have not been stated as so on the site. Customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. Customer credit cards are not charged until merchandise ships. Pay Pal accounts are quickly refunded if ordered merchandise is unavailable. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail us for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

Shipping and handling charges are normally 10% of the total dollar amount of your order before shipping or tax is added plus a $3.99 handling fee. During sales, shipping costs may be adjusted as stated on the sales page.

Kids Bedding Depot does not charge sales tax to non-Texas residents.
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it. Returns and exchanges on items will be accepted within 15 days of your receiving the bedding. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items must be in new, resalable condition and in original packaging. Items that show that they have been laundered or used in any way, will not be accepted for return credit. Items that are specially ordered or personalized are final sales and are NOT returnable.
Customers are responsible for the return costs of any product. We strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns. Send a message to inform us to expect your return, the reason you are returning it and to receive the address it should be sent to. Please let us know if you wish to exchange or return.
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Kids Bedding Depot. Kids Bedding Depot and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).
