SHIPPING
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone (in most cases it averages 2-3 business days; 5 business days to California). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and have not been stated as so on the site, and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail us for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES**
Shipping and handling charges are normally 15% of the total dollar amount of your order before shipping or tax is added. During sales, shipping costs may be adjusted as stated on the sales page.
**We ship only to the Continental United States.
TAXES
Kids Bedding Depot does not charge sales tax to non-Texas residents.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please e-mail us to cancel an order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it. Returns and exchanges on items will be accepted within 30 days of receiving the bedding. Items must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. Items that are special ordered or personalized are final and NOT returnable. Customers are responsible for the return of any product. We strongly suggest that you use insurance on all returns.

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Kid's Bedding Depot. Kid's Bedding Depot and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).
