When will my order ship? TOP
Your order will ship within 1-5 days from the day we receive your order if it is in stock. Please allow an additional 6 business days for your order to be delivered. If your order will be delayed for any reason, you will be notified. If any item in your order is on backorder you will be notified. Backorders can take 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered.
What if you do not have my item? TOP
In some cases, our warehouse may have an inventory discrepancy and some items may no longer be available. We strive to keep our inventory as current as possible, but in some cases errors arise. We appreciate your business and in this event you will be contacted by e-mail to see if you would like the rest of your order to be shipped.
How can I return an item? TOP
Items must have original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for an exchange. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. You must e-mail us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before sending an item back, or it may be refused. Items altered by the customer may not be returned or exchanged. What if my item has a defect? TOP
Please contact us by e-mail for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning the item. Also, please know that handmade items and fabrics have variations which add to the character of the item. These are not considered defects. See our terms page for full details.
What are the dimensions of your comforters and quilts? TOP
Our comforter dimensions are: Twin 68 in. x 86 in.
Full/ Queen 86 in. x 86 in.
Comforter care instructions are machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low.
Our quilt dimensions are: Twin 65 in. x 85 in.
Full/ Queen 85 in. x 95 in.
Quilts are machine washable and come with specific instructions on care for each quilt.
What are your shipping charges? TOP
Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of the order. We ship to the 48 continental United States. Periodically we run shipping specials and this will be shown on our sales and specials page. Please refer to our terms page for shipping details.
