The outer shell is super soft poly and measures 20 x 26 x 2 in. The shell has a zipper for cleaning. The pillow insert cover is 100% cotton with sterilized poly fill.  

Shell is machine washable. Remove pillow and machine wash cold water and tumble dry on low.
